How to return an item.
If you need to return an item to us for any reason, please be sure to wrap the item carefully and pack in a sturdy box. Please include your name, contact information, a detailed explanation for the return, and send the item as is when it was shipped to you. Please ensure it with the company you send it back with. Contact us for a return label.
We guarantee everything we sell.
If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us and we will work together to make it right. You can return an item for a refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions apply. While we understand that you may have used the item slightly before deciding to return it, we reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event the item was abused or misused.
Custom furniture item exception.
We cannot accept returns since those items are made to your specification. We will, however, work together to resolve the issue you have with the furniture to the best of our abilities. We do everything in our power to ensure that the custom piece fits your specifications. Wood patterns, color matching, and other natural elements of the wood can’t be guaranteed.
